Return Eligibility

days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after 10 days
  • The item is marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect item)

Our team will respond with return
instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment
    method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after
    approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or
incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or
full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
